Cons
Some family rooms have a private bathroom accessed from the landing rather than en suite.
Road-facing rooms can experience traffic noise, and pale curtains do not fully block early morning light.
“This property presents a compelling option for those valuing an accessible base in Edinburgh. Its location facilitates straightforward journeys into the city center and to key attractions like Leith, with public transport just steps away. Guests consistently remark on the comfort of the beds and the genuine warmth of the hosts, who seem dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay.”
